Service Desk Specialist

We are now scouting for a Service Desk Specialist to join our highly successful team.


What you’ll do

  • As a Service Desk Specialist, you are the first and only point of contact of our IT department;
  • All IT and Facility related requests and incidents will be either sent to you via mail, phone or directly communicated by the stakeholders;
  • You will record and track these incidents and service requests;
  • You must make sure that every ticket is registered properly, and solved accordingly within a reasonable time. You also need to make sure that each internal client receives the best service, and is informed of the status of his request. We expect you to treat each stakeholder as a client, and that you focus on quality;
  • It is particularly crucial that all trading-related applications are always working, and that issues with the systems are resolved as soon as possible;
  • During high priority incidents you are responsible for good communication between the IT department and trading.


What you’ll need

  • HBO thinking level. Ready to learn trading concepts;
  • Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal skills;
  • Basic network knowledge;
  • ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation preferred);
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the business;
  • Enthusiastic;
  • Customer-focused attitude; Ready to act as a liaison between IT and our internal clients;
  • Flexible and stress-resistant. Depending on experience, able to run projects.
