Optiver is growing at a rapid yet focused pace. We started in 1986 with an office in Amsterdam with just one trader. Our company has changed significantly since then and so has the world in which we operate. In the face of this growth, our expanding international presence and our strategic objectives, it's important to openly discuss our fundamental beliefs regarding the way we do business. Our fundamental values of integrity, honesty and respect, whether put in writing or not, have always been at the heart of our of our behaviour.
The Optiver Principles on Ethics and Business Conduct illustrate the fundamentals of our company. This document emphasises the standards we expect all employees, worldwide, to follow. They reflect the values and attitude that can be expected from Optiver and further outline how we treat everyone with whom we have contact and do business.
