Service Desk Analyst

We are now scouting for a Service Desk Specialist to join our highly successful team.
What you’ll do
- As a Service Desk Specialist, you are the first and single point of contact of our IT department;
- All IT and Facility related requests and incidents will be sent to you via mail and or phone;
- You will record and track these incidents and service requests;
- You must make sure that every ticket is registered properly, and solved accordingly within a reasonable time;
- It is particularly crucial that all trading-related applications are always working, and that issues with the systems are resolved as soon as possible;
- During high priority incidents you are responsible for good communication between the IT department and trading.
What you’ll need
- HBO level;
- Excellent English written and verbal skills;
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language;
- Basic knowledge of Windows XP (MCDST preferred);
- Basic ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation preferred);
- Able to communicate with all levels of the business;
- Team player, enthusiastic, highly-motivated and customer-focused attitude;
- Flexible and stress-resistant.
