In October 2007, I became Team Lead in Mid-Office Customer Support. This fit in well with my many degrees in the administration area. Optiver helped me with on-the-job training and a trading course for non-traders.

All team members from Mid-Office Customer Support, including myself, have contact with our clearing parties and brokers on a daily basis. We try to give all our Traders the most suitable support, so that they can focus on nothing but trading. Besides that, I also coach and guide my team. Creating a team that is able to support all our Traders in the most effective way is my biggest challenge so far, and is an ongoing project.
